Entering the Real Estate Industry 10 years ago with the Ray White Family in Melbourne, Victoria. Kristian developed his skills in Property Management, before expanding into Business Development and then progressing forward to become Team Leader/Head Of Department for several years.

Kristian has a huge passion for growth, leadership and team/individual development. With experience across all areas of the real estate industry, Kristian's strengths are his knowledge and ability to build & teach those around him to succeed whilst also continually challenging themselves to grow.

Kristian's strong customer service background, as well as his ability to adapt/pivot in order to move forward through innovation and forward thinking has been emphasised even further since joining the successful team at Ray White Rockhampton QLD.

He is a dedicated husband, and father to 4 children, and has a passion for many sports which include Basketball, AFL, NFL and loves anything relating to the outdoors with his family.
