Laura is thrilled to launch her real estate career with Team McCarron at Ray White Rockhampton. With a natural flair for organization, problem-solving, and providing prompt, professional service, she is already proving to be a valuable addition to the team.

Known for her friendly, and energetic approach, Laura is passionate about helping her team achieve exceptional results. 

Before entering real estate, Laura spent over a decade working in Education, Support Work and customer service with extensive experience in Inclusive Curriculum. This specialty background and its transferrable skills have gifted her the genuine ability to connect with people and 

understand her client’s unique needs and preferences - allowing her to tailor her approach and deliver personalized, high-quality service.

Outside of work, Laura is a passionate member of the local performing arts scene. She regularly takes part in community productions with the Rockhampton City Council, including the Mayor’s Christmas Carols and various corporate entertainment events.
