Lot 2 Klaproth Road ALTON DOWNS, QLD 4702

Located just a few minutes from town is the gently sloping rural block. At the front of the block is a set of yards with loading ramp, concrete trough for watering stock, concrete water tank and bore. Power is located across the road and the slight elevation gives you excellent views across to the Berserker Mountains. An ideal home site or play around with the kids and a few head of stock on the weekends. Turn right off the Alton Downs - Pink Lilly Road onto Sheehan Road and then an immediate right turn onto McNamara Road and then left onto Klaproth Road.
