14 Mackinlay Street Norman Gardens, QLD 4701

This lowset 3 bedroom brick home backs onto the massive Blue Birds Soccer field giving you no back neighbours and plenty of open space. The shady rear patio is adjacent to the 2 bay colour bond shed, a great place for storage or workshop. The home has original kitchen & bathroom which are functional & serviceable, however this gives you the opportunity along with paint and floor coverings to renovate to your own taste and style. Great location, great opportunity!
