275 William Street The Range, QLD 4700

This home was a display home, built by Ken McKeague at the 1961 Rockhampton Show.
It was purchased by the Ryan Family and moved to the 584m2 site at 275 William Street for which they paid 1,000 Pounds. The home is constructed of solid, well-seasoned hardwood, has a large lounge, dining area plus a generous size sun room with views out over the town and Berserker Ranges. It does need a full renovation, however, it has great bones and is well located.
Cal me today for your inspection.
