452 Raspberry Creek Road Kunwarara, QLD 4702

This awesome acreage block is approx. 114 acres (46.25ha) and located approx. 35 - 40 minutes north of Rockhampton. If you've been searching for an acreage block out of town for a hobby farm or to run a few head of cattle, then this block of land is worth a look. The small community of Yaamba is just down the road and there's school bus pickup. The vendor has cleared some trees for a house site and there's a good equipped bore, a water tank and a temporary roofed shelter. The property is fenced on both sides, but not on the front or the back of the block and power is on the front boundary. Phone or email for further information or inspections.
